This machine is specially designed for Annealing Aluminium Tubes, Complete Fabricated and insulated. The Temperature of 450* C. with conveyor travel of 8mins prior to lacquer process. 10″ or 18″ conveyor can be design as per client requirement. The drive is through One H.P. motor and double reduction Gear Box.

Manual : Manual line furnace comes with L.K. size conveyor, whereas tubes are stacked one above another continuously. Variable frequency drive can be provided on request.

Auto : Auto line furnace is TIT sprimag type bucket design which is used in full auto line only. Tube from accumulator or from trimmer is auto feed into this oven with PLC control systems. Blower for air circulation is also provided.
